1. Orders and Products

• All products are custom-designed and made to order, including T-shirts, notebooks, and other print-on-demand items.

• We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but slight variations may occur due to printing processes.

2. Pricing and VAT

• Prices are in EUR and VAT-free for annual sales under €25,000 (Belgium small business exemption).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed securely via our chosen payment providers.

• Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or model.

• All items are made to order and cannot be resold if returned for buyer’s choice.

• If you select the wrong size, color, or model, you will need to place a new order.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days, send clear photos, and include your order number or proof of purchase. Send everything to: contact.pumpkinandpine@gmail.com. Verified problems will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.

• Sealed or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., face masks) cannot be returned.

• Incorrect or unclaimed shipments may incur reshipment costs, and unclaimed packages may be donated after 30 days.

• Order Cancellations

  • All products are made to order, so we generally cannot accept cancellations once the order has been placed.

  • If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. Cancellation may only be possible before production starts.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production and shipping conditions. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or errors made by the customer.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

• If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

• Unclaimed packages may be donated or disposed of after 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs and content on this website are owned by Pumpkin & Pine.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without permission.

7. Liability

• Pumpkin & Pine is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier errors.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

• Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Belgium.
